yeah go ahead and host it in germany, it's not like it's illegal or something :')

anyway, you'd need atleast 4 of those, rather have the one with more memory to run a decent public server (~2K slots) and even then, germany (hetzner) and france (you know which one i'm talking about) are just the worst idea to host something like this
