Database is around 30mb or so zipped, but the serverfiles include 2 Data folders, 1 for the gameserver, and another for the Download Server, in total is like download a Data.pk2 twice, the other files are pretty small.
That's one of the fails of the Luciano Aibar pre-compiled files. Gameserver will never run without those.
