but peoople say that is more than US rappelz

its imposible to play kts for free.. as i said purchase a good vpn and enjoy kts.

Of course.
You don´t need a VirtualPrivateNetwork (VPN) to play it.
You can use simple Proxy programs with Free Proxy lists.

I´ve used this method for several other ip restricted korean and north american games mmo´s and it works pretty laggfree.
