nope...
2k-3k slots will be full... i agree but u will have more players and more fun..also easy to login.. like in esro.
here with 1k slots .. not less than 999/1000 ppl from the srv will log off ..
look at esro.. everytime will be 2997/3000 , 2999/3000 at pretty fast chances..
but esro sux for me =)
