from what i know if version of isro is 1.300 is not like vsro 1.300 and this thing is avaible for all official servers. And i think thats an emu... if u look on facebook photos u will see isro launcher and login screen.

u can use bsro client
he call me for test it .. dont have bugs ... only item mall buged .. but all work

this is the ip 178.255.199.93 but u need to donload the client ( u can find it on the site ) is an older isro version from what i can see.. i still dont know if this is emu or not :( regpage is on the site write that ip in browser and add /kayit.php
