Read the laws - cracking is already sufficient for copyright infringement. And the resale of the product cracked - it's complicity in the crime.

By the way, you both confirm my words about the army of resellers, propagandizing lies about the safety of KBot... ;)

what do u have proof that it is cloned from ibot? there is no trace or word of ibot in it
and u can fucking do anything with objects that are not copyrighted

Sorry to quickly be a douchebag but all the files if you check kbot there is ibot stuff in there. Anyways that could have been "renamed" but i doubt that. Just saying :) But you also have a point you can do anything to anything which isnt copyrighted and ibot isnt.

If you do not know about digital signatures and proofs of ownership of software code - it is exceptionally your problem.

Any result of intellectual activity are protected by copyright, if you can prove ownership. And to prove it for the true author is easy...
