I think you misread it. I read it to mean that it shortens the debuffs OTHER players or Summons place on YOU!

So, if you get a cast time debuffcast on you, the duration is shorter, which is a good thing.

Garb of Bibulan with + 12 SB
Sleeves of Bibulan + 3 % Cast
Skirt of Bibulan + 12 % Resistance
Boots of Bibulan + 9% Block an MS
from BG:
Cap of Charlize

and final then the HH parts, but thats later...

i would change some stuff to get all things 80 ( since i dont have 2 rings with 10% resi in each)
i would get a charlize top 4 slot with resi , hp and cast/cd and a scion stone
rest of the stuff seems alright

sure - not easy to get the bg parts - but i agree top would be great too...

btw took me 22 destinys to make my heren amour 4 slot, very expensive^^

In pants you can put mana replenishment and movement speed. I mean really...
Do you want us to lvl Ur ele too? Do something Urself you lazya55...

Then you cant make mistake with pants ;) In armor put cast/cd stone all other is same.

hmm i geuss bg boots are better for ele (for critters)
if i have to shoose 6% block more or 40 defence

and ps best cap HH lvl 90 :) <- if you dont have wear elite
