OR maybe you should do rates x30then. But dont do 110cap. It really sucks...

maybe he buys vsro files from the guys who actually got them and just copy-paste the accounts ? I dont know if this is possible actually i dont know anything about server it self :$ But he could do that probabbly or its just impossible ?

I think he already got the vSRO files by himself, but is just a guess.
Anyway, is not that easy, if the files were from the same version that could be possible, but is not possible to copy paste the accounts and keep all the characters to another version of the game. The id's of items, skills and so changes. Is a mess.
