Easy Way to make a runescape Private server

First you need a source. Extract it to you C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.6.0_05/bin. Put all of you files there. You need to run the server, by double clicking on "runserver.bat" But before that you need Hamachi, then you have to make a network so others can join. You dont need port Forwarding, They have to join you hamachi network by using the Net user and the pass. If you need more help just ask

I'm stuck on your 5th step. Could you please write that more clearly? There are too many folder after I extracted the server rar file. I am not sure which one to move to the bin folder in Java.

You moves EVERYTHING in the server files.
