They should do something with sp rate or sp on start cuz farming without bot (probably bot will be illegal as always) is the worst part of this game.

25x as far as I know.. Farming is apart of the game, get used to it.

No, botting will be allowed.
SRO w/o botting = no SRO.
Rates arent decided yet, but they will be higher then eSRO f2p servers.
