I can offer a little help.. :3 not sure how much use it is to you, but I use Hotspot Shield, it works great, but only allows me to have 4 clients per IP instead of 2.. lolz... so it's a start... if you got 2 computers or something.. you can connect to your neighbours net on your other computer.. and then run hotspot shield on that computer then you have 8 clients. :) Hopefully that helped.. ^^
P.S Hotspot Shield is a free downloadable proxy client, it works great for lot's of things. ^^ I use it a lot. :3
