I did quick walkthrough of ele skills and i found few mistakes, ill check it more carefuly later.
110% chance for stun with Snow Hazard? o_O Does that mean it will go through Stun Protection? :D
Missing Attack Speed Debuff in Frost Armor.
Increase Gate has no Required lvl at stage 2 and more, u can learn it only at stage 1.
Completely missing Bomba debuffs (debuff time too) ie. Skill Block and Block and its damage is not shown neither.
About Prismatic Chain im not high lvl enough so i cant check it in game.
Info about what HH debuff exactly do would be fine too. :)

All skills should have all their contents now. I was overlooking an ini cell (additional skilltid) and that's why some info was not previously appeared (thanks G4yprick for pointing this error out!).

not true, as a swash you can get higher...
