hi why the beast Mountain no rain patch is not work in RF POA..??? but i try to put in RF PHIlIPPINES is work theres no problem!! but in the RFPOA the map has been damage!!!!

LOL. you don't need a patch to disable the snow in ether. All you have to do is this:
1. Press "O" to open the settings menu.
2. At the bottom of the menu click and check "particle" to remove the snow.
3. Click and uncheck "help" for max unlag.
And there you go. Snow problem sloved :D
