yup you need CE to use lvl hack..
but correct me if I'm wrong...
Lvl hack is only client side... although it changes your character lvl
it you still can't use Items with lvl requirements unless you edited your Item.edf... I try it when I was lvl 2 and I manage to change my level to 29.. so that if i go one lvl up... I may be 30 but as the tut said, level was on server side as well as PT I guess...

Try the search button.. there is a tut bout the lvl hack..
