[Guide]Make A Private Server!(Need Nothing)

well id like to b able to add npc's and monsters and change the drop rates and stuff can u help me do that (sorry im a noob at this)

well i'm not gonna make a guide from it xD cuz it is gonna take to long and i'm tired maybe tommorrow
