R> 100% Block Rate

This is not yet doable, tried it but the block rate is still the same

Try again... Test on during PvP not on mobs. ^,^ Dodge/Block bugs is more effective on pvp'ng than PL'ng or Farming.

i'll give u guys some tips for it :P

using CE or whatever u want, try searching for shields, any shield

after you see all those adresses go one by one trying to search for an formula, example
for a low lvl shield, its one diferent value, next to a value that is the same for all shields

I found something that looks like the described area:

- Protection Hora Shield
- Intense Hora Shield
- Intense Large Beam Shield

EC 14 = Intense I guess

But I changed the Beam Shield to Protection Hora, no changes in blockrate =(

Instead of trying to change the shields you should rather try to get the gladius buff to work for different classes, using that buff you'll be able to get that 100% rate.

that's right only gladius can do 100% block

Ill give a hint, just edit the skill that upgrades your block rate to a higher chance block rate,
