Making Untradable items Tradable

You might as well post a tutorial before someone else does it. If you don't want to, I'll just figure out which byte I have to change and I'll just post a tutorial so you don't have to do the work of typing up a long tutorial. But first I have to install RF Online on my brother's computer uhg (94/2461 files update -_-).

just a question is it possible to buy the unbuyable? like nuke or achon set and make the un-upgradable on hero npc be upgradable with the upgraders... err like archon set again since it cant be upgraded with the use of favor upgraders.

any news on this? im taking a break from my project now. making my head hurt :(

Here's what I've got so far from all the hints:

1. Search for the item name: Ex. I used Training Mining Tool
2. Browse the address for the item.
3. Search for the byte value 0A. Usually this value is 3 values away from a single byte value. In my example, the 0A is 3 values away from 06.
4. From this value, add 0C hex to the address. Add this new value. Change the value to 1. Now the item should be "tradable". (correction, don't add 10, add 0C)

I've done the trade with a training mining tool but i haven't tried it with anything else. :)

You can buy the RL armor from shop now i am working on how to make it so a non archon wears it. About the upgrade i am not sure yet

EDIT: Done it wasnt that hard but you dont get the effects so a bit pointless

dude i didnt quite get what you mean in the 4th step. where do i add the 0C? and you corrected it at the end. made it more confusing. im sorry for double posting. so confused right now
