This char in Elite Silkroad server1. Elite sro hasnt got 10dg lucky powders.
That guys who wrote "who cares" never made +3 without lucky powder. And I made +7 without lucky powder, astral and immortal.

I think all +7 +8 stuffs are special without lucky powders.
