Omg he is VERY ACTIVE in s4 section and he is HELPING who has problems... Isnt it ENOUGH to be a Moderator?

I'm supporting him with his moderator application, he's very active, know the rules, know s4 and is helping other people. I got experience as moderator and I think he can handle the job.
