but nowadays a simple relog is not that simple, cuz its bugged too, always put back to world select, or unselectable character select...so you need to restart your client almost every relog...

well, i didn't loose cha when i get the error, i only lost cha once the wheel spins

I think Webzen tried to fix the quest bug by making the relog bug ( character select ) and maybe for a other reason ?

If the attack speed hack was private, Webzen wouldn't fix it and everyone could use it but there are people that going to this forum and just watch the post...
Try to keep the bugs or hacks private send them to trusted members... Not someone that's registered for 5 minutes

Depending on what u post here and what I know/ what other ppl know I may know your ingame chars and guild, at pservers or on retail. Ofc its important to stay anonym at epvp and I suggest you to do so, but sometimes I know whos behind that name and can trust this person. If I dont know anything, I can't trust so far.
You can easily say 'ofc be social post it for all', but thats quite the method webzen volunteers would use.
And yeah, its not help. YOU want sth, so you may fall down to your knees and prey that I even want to sell you my stuff for 5000 wc. Ofc I'm ready to give you guys hints or give the method + my value list if the price is right and I can trust you 100%, but as long as webzen has not noticed/fixed it, I wont make anything public.
