media pk2 won't work on ecsro

try and go to

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Install Complex Script and Install East Asian

then

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Advanced >Language for None-Uni < Use drop down menu and select Chinese.

Apply and restart PC

i do this too man, no way, dosen't work

i have problem with critical -1 and etc where to get normal media pk2?

hey, is there a better media.pk2?
because mine says mag attack -1-1 and critical -1 etc
