i am guessin this goes in c/nexon/mabi or does it go in mod folder... and do i have to set mng too load it...

Learn to read whats given to you. The instructions on this scanner are right in front of you, you just have to be smart enough to look.

step 1: learn how to send packets in the first place
step 2: learn to read the files given to you, theres an ini file, it opens by clicking it.
step 3: apply step 2 to step 1

Oh, my .ini was different from what Anyrei posted. There were no comment lines in it.
