i get the error [windows cannot access the specified device,path or file .you may not hav the appropriate permission to access the item]....& the file has virus i scaned with AVG

I want to know if the one woth the purple background is faster?
Hi my names youwish i just sighned up, I was wondering if some one could help me with something recently i had a trojan on my PC and reinstall every thing! Anyways the wpe i had was a 0 delay version and i could spam 1000 packets in 20 seconds, ok this version had the purple background!
Now i have Another version also from here and it does not spam as fast! Yesterdays it was only 1/3rd the speed of the one i had before and this one has a grey background, i tidy th pc up a bit closed runing rpogrammes and now i can spam 500 sends in 20 seconds but it is still only half the speed as i use to be ably to spam!
Can any one help me like i said before the first wpe o delay i had has a purple background and this version has a grey background i think both versions are from here as th epasswords were the same but the grey version is not as fast half speed?????????????
Is this difference in speed to do with me and my pC or the purple and grey background are different ?
SOme one said may be i stil have a tojan slowing me down could this be possible?

Well this WPE no Delay has ... no delay so it spams as fast as it can ... with 0 ms delay ... try to use 1 ms delay or whatever ... but it can also depend on your computer or whatever... normally this is the only real wpe pro no delay version... well afaik
