b) select one monster that you want to upgrade/unlock (without clicking to upgrade/unlock)
c) press ctrl+d
d) click the upgrade/unlock button
e) press ctrl+e
the c), d) and e) points must be done very quick or the game would crush if too much time passes.

sir pls explain further this line of instructions pls...
2 - at the same line (or at the 13th byte to be precise) should be a number changing every second
3 - right click at that number changing ->add this address to the list - Lets call it GAME_TIMESTAMP just to be clear. Put 4 bytes at the type and hit OK

i had to open cheat engine as admin to get hotkeys worked...
