1 question :

did you send a message to the window and check the return value ? to see if the window stopped working ?

or did you rly look with a findwindow function to check the activity from the window o.ô?

its just a simple goto which at the time i realise is kinda obsolete but i did it in about 10 mins.
if i wasnt hard pressed for time in other areas i would have redone it but as it stands ive been working on a version 2 which is coded better.
this doesnt affect my opinion of version 1 at all it does exactly what i needed it to do at the time

Its at least a good Idea which has to get more funxtionality Wisp.. Ignore those stupid things here^^.. at least, why didn't they coded it? Becouse it didn't came into their mind that it could be useful, to get a tool which restarts a server if you kinda sleep or smthng. like this..

well i had the concept a long time ago but was never inspired to do it
and copter actly started making one first his was probly better but i did this one out of boredom.

By the Way, you used Maya? Are you still using it? Couse, if not, and if you wanna go on training yourself with Maya again, go to the Autodesk students site, they've got a completely free (with watermarks while rendering) copy if Maya atm. Just use it 30 Days, activate it and try it out.. if you wanna render your Scene's without those watermarks just PM me after those 30 days..

after testing this console repeatedly, it never ceases to amaze me how good it makes the server. i am yet to test it with a crash, but it makes restarting the server much faster and easier.

i need to write the 2 commands every time when i start auth server in the auth server.exe?

Du startest Aurora, schreibst dann in das "Auth" Fenster start_service
Dann starteste CaptainHerlock und schreibst in das "Auth" Fenster set game.open_external 1

Und bei dem tool musste halt herlock an sich net mehr starten, nurno das tool anmachen, dann aber trotzdem das reinschreiben.. sollte der gameserver (nicht der auth) dann abschmieren musst du NIX reintippen wieder, sollte der auth abschmieren musste alles wieder reintippen^^
