What you are doing is receiving the packet for garnet repeatedly, for anything to "work" you need a send packet.

how do i get a send packet?

Is there any way to get the Dragon Boat racing packets since the event is over? Did any1 receive the packets during the event >:

He means you have to SEND packets to the server, Recv packets are only a client sided effect from the server sending you packets.

Alright.... So I wonder if like.... You can record the Boss Red Spider of Alby int For 4 dying, can you just keep sending that to make a chance for ar8 dropping, or can you record ar8 dropping from it?

And can you do it for completing the Puzzlemaster quest, or opening the box for it?
