the dmg calculate by %, same gears but differenr player with different Hp would have different dmg.

i think its just a gay mob made to be killed by archers mostly, but then again they are best to kill snake king quest too, sucks balls that they get so many advantages =/
since they got scatter, which should be enough lol

well the fact that they suck at pvp (against anyone who's decently equipped) kinda makes up for the fact they're good at pve

You bascilly need a rb archer archer which i have wtih full elite +4 or super +4 sdg and then the water devil woulld do about 200-300 i think but if u have better gears like +7 super ears sdg sdg even better about 10 hits it will die XD.
