You are allowed to post a link to another forum if it affects to topic and in signature if a backlink exists. You aren�t allowed to start a Thread about a stranger forum if you want to advertise for this forum. So you do something against the rules. Delete the link or send closerquest to mod. We had to make puplish for our forum in other ways and a member from us was punished in epvp because of starting such a thread. Juist a warn..
