Im sorry if this is already out there but ive looked and cant find it. I want a 2nd rb vigor that looks like SDG's but instead of yellow, make it either red or blue?

When i try to download this file at ZWT ( Zero Waiting Time ) It tells me " Gone for good... " Does this mean that ZWT is gone, if so, why post dl links for this? Or is there something that i'm doing wrong???
