Either way, this is a very old method of bypassing gameguard. If i remember correctly we used to do this and delete GameGuard.des. That would then bypass gameguard. Unfortunatly this has been outdated and they are now using Xigncode to block hack which is a much more advanced program.

u need first to make the trainer dont use CE with gobal

i cant freeze all of the scripts...
and then when i press advanced options, theres no save option...
