It doesnt work for me :(

I cant login on my server but in the character file is my name and passwort but i cant login.

same i get about a quarter of the way there where it says "loading gameserver" and just sits there... -.-

I've done everything but when I try and log in it says Failed to connect to Game Server. Please try again later.
