[BUG] Solace ability use without cooldown

Quite interesting BUG, but i only managed to reproduce it, how it`s working..is still a mistery:

maybe it works for everyone? need to test it...

Ok, there are a other way to use the bug ( video ). I know an other way, for that you need other players...

haha i know it for 4months! Its simple to use it this vid is 100% cutted! It will be a mistery forever...

I don`t know how it`s working, I just got myself with it for no reason.

I did some of the following:

- jump x-1 / x-2 maps, back & forward
- jumped with Uridium CPU Jump
- set design ability to rapid key buttons (0-9)

The how and why is still unknown to me.. I actually stayed long time with it once it was active and working..

It dont work on your tutorial...! It works with venom,spectrum and solace not with other skill designs !
