Wow, I didn't know that public Ip's posted on a public forum were private. Nor did I know anyone had exclusive rights to Ip's to play a F2P game open to the public. Maybe the people that operate the server should charge to play to keep undesirables out. That way people will quit crying over public IP's being made public.

Ah, but they do charge money for their game. Ocean makes money for silk, armors, private logins, and whatever else. Silk is a copyright issue in itself. Money is being made on a F2P game without Joymax's consent. I see the makers of the server distancing themselves form setrade when the lawyers come knocking on Ocean's door. Speaking of setrade, if you look on their site, ocean/ Woedded wishes for the IP address to be made public. So why would there be an issue for posting on another forum?Quote:

Excellent point...very true. It's not limited to Silkroad private server. Other games suffer from IP ban
