well i'll check it out. good find hackboy. if you get flamed don't worry about it. i'd say its just they are technically challenged. i've gotten my skills to have no cooltime as well but for me its serversided. hopefully your way works. gj and gl.
EDIT NOTE: i don't think editing the csv file works for skills because 2moons doesn't read those files. if i'm wrong please correct me because i've tried it multiple times.

OMG I made my char GODLY, take a look, it's not edit by any paint/photoshop program, only the name have been covered. You can see my shield/mp/hp charging.... heheheh

edited skill cool time, same result as yours, no cooldown on skill description and i can spam it as much as i wand, and no dc till now...
but it has NO effect, only the first one goes, and then when the real skill cooldown has passed, it makes dmg again... serversided
