I do not know yet because you lose time it will not work ever, with this method.

Well if i turn the "type" column to 4 then it's upgradable but then again you can't wear it as a wing anymore, 4 turns it into a wep and when you wear it , it ruins your character.

Well heres something, all he gave us is itemshape datas and lines to put in itemweapon. Just adding +1 - +9 at the end won't do the trick since its just part of the name. I'm not saying I'm right , I do think I'm missing something.

Well Maybe you should learn how to use a exchange NPC
I already said it s only possible to wear the upgraded Wings with that !

With a exchange NPC you can exchange the not wearable Wings
to wearable Wings,after exchange you can t upgrade them anymore of course

just add the Wings 1 x with type 4 and 1x with Type 6

Type 4 = Upgradeable but not wearable
Type 6 = Wearable but not upgradeable

Then the Players can decide then if they wanna exchange them and make them wearable or if they take the Risk and upgrade them higher and exchange them after that

Be a little Bit creative lol !!

It s maybe not one of the Best Methods,but it works !!!
The other Method would be to edit the itemupgrade.csv and the executables !
