[NA] What do you prefer in your bot

I'm not a programmer so I'm not familiar with how Bots are usually set up, I just assumed that coding the bot to make movements in the game while the window isn't in focus would require a different kind of method which could possibly increase the risk of getting caught. But then again I have been playing WoW for 3 years and just recently quit to join this game so I only have Bots from that game to form an opinion.

edit* If your bot uses a different method for punching then I'm all for including it into bot, I've noticed that for the bots I have been using is just for skill grinding mostly and I quest whenever I have time to play during the day.

Also, I fully understand that hacking is never 100% safe, if I get caught I will just create a new account and try it again. :D

Punching bot = It would be nice to have that implemented, along with auto loot and either auto potion or ability to use heal or regen skill.

skill use = Definitely

auto movement = Well call me paranoid, I usually like to babysit my bot and keep an eye on it so depending on how you can code that I would say yes. Aslong as you can't walk thur walls or anything obvious.

secret sauce = Yes, I like having the option to walk away and do some chores or cook something and know my bot is safe, maybe something like auto-reply, auto disconnect for GM or warp to town option in case of danger. Again it depends on if you can can that.

combo asist/auto combo = Yes, but maybe put an option to limit the number of combos so you don't reach 3 or 4 digit combos. I know I would set it to something legit like 12-20. You never know whos watching you or for how long. The point of a bot is to work non-stop, but at the same time look like a real person is controlling it.

user friendly = Maybe a gui interface with a list of options that you could customize to your needs. Again most of my bot experience is from isrobot, so I got use to the many options and features it could do.

auto reply would be tricky... depends on what they say and how you reply. cant reply while minimized afaik

depending on how the NA release works, i might make one for SEA

I can only think of one contribution to haze's post is that auto-loot should be optional. I know theres been many times where I come back to see a bunch of useless crap in my inventory. If there is a way to code for picking up colored (+4 and above, or slotted/blues) without having to pick up the whites that would be great.

im sure there is, it wont be in my bot though.

i think im gonna have to abandon the inactive botting for now. its proving to be far too troublesome.

ok so i think the only thing that isnt good is the auto move.....
the combo....it based on timing ?...if yes it not realy worth it couse everyone can make one if not.. it would be good
