Actually those boots have been made by a corrupted gm in CM times, they have been in Condemned guild storage after the tranfer till alythess bought them.Quote:

Yes you could get these kind of event ring at CM events, there were some really nice uniques besides this ring.

yup, those boots are gm made in cm, there also was a headband with xx% hp and resi 5% or so.
