I believe TQ is adding multiple skins to the client because they added this a while ago.
New maps, new skills, new skins & new classes. Only if there was a balanced private server that cared about effects/graphics. I can't wait for everything to be released. I'm going to download the Chinese co cleint to see what's in there that's also new lol.

I can't seem to find all of the files, i'm guessing they're unfinished or in the tpi/tpd file. It looks nice though! I also found a some new files of non existing windows. I'm guessing they're adding more windows too.

So yeah, a new skin has been released in Chinese Conquer and might be soon added to our retail co
As you can see, no major changes, a bit deceived by the hp/mp part.
Those lazy asses didnt even bother making new decent-looking skill buttons, I guess we'll have to do our owns =/

That new item is called "Riding Crop", you'll be able to make it super and to + it up to +12, no socs nor blessing as far as I know. It's a level 30 item.
With that item, you'll be able - on horse - to jump (and dodge) other's attacks and also rush to your target to attack him ( vigor consuming )
Max potency will now be 385+
Also notice the free unused slot next to that new riding crop shit item .. TQ still got some surprises for us ..
