Lol,you don't have to decrypt a 5395 server.dat, cause its not possible, you gotta use a LOADER, search on forums "Conquer Loader", set your IP adress on LoaderSet.ini and run the Conquer from ConquerLoader.exe

You stated it worked with ANY .dat in OP, I was just pointing out that it doesn't.

When I save it its saved as a blank file..?

maybe if you do as he said and save it as a " bla bla.txt " it will work?

im not the one having troubles opening the file, he is, and Finchi; plz son get over your self, i said it will work if he followed your instructions, a confirmation from you isnt needed

PsKiller: read what that guy wrote and rethink about recommending Notepad++, he clearly said that he used it

For the latest client's server.dat is not working.
Actually, why would you want to do that, the latest servers are now working with a loader (Nullable released it).

So the server.dat encryption is different than other .dat stuff
