Where is new 777 hack?

yes, extracted the file to bin folder, opened the program called RENAMEME, box comes up saying waiting for last chaos, i open last chaos and it opens but the box just closes

first i open RENAMEME as admin and then 777 LC as admin i have window "waiting for Last Chaos" i click START button and the RENAMEME window disappeard , i log on my char, choose channel and i dont have trainer window, i have Win7 64bit and i copy hallo.dll + settings.ini to Bin :((((
