another tips:

to those who are not finished the dungeon title quest
in bermesiah continent or silver land(specially the low lvl dungeon),
try champion mode .. you can have fresh water 100%(fertilizer is still rare)

to those who already finished, it's up to you if try the champion mode or just try level 3
(3 stars[which is not 100%]) .. in my case i champion mode it because im not through with the dungeon, because of the thanatos title bug ^^,V .. this one is so boooring ..

Yeah Champ Mode = Fert percent.

I thinks it's more easy if you hunt at Cursed Lake 1 Star. There are few mobs there and the boss is really easy to defeat. I'm currently hunting at Cursed Lake and most of the time, I can get freshwater but the fertilizer is rare. As of now, I only get 5 fertilizer from the boss.
