Guy what ya need is Jake Culpin....He can help ya but it would not be free for sure,and ask him nicely,he was deleted before some days deleted over 80% Hanin accounts and restored it in 30 minutes xD.Ya can find him on facebook,just write that name....

1) Not deleted.
2) Not 80%, was 100%.
3) Not 30 minutes, were around 5.
4) For sure, he won´t reply you on facebook.

Also to add, it wasn't Jake who 'deleted' the chars (PIDs got moved or so).
