if you install the (Chinese or simplified Chinese)Japanese language pack it should work.
its the same problem i got right now

I'm on campus right now for the next few hours. Everyone who's interested in the English client/"hacks", send me a message, I'll get it to whomever's interested when I get home.

Oh and server2 has less people. We can take over easily.

Times for events, I don't know. You can check on the message boards the current server time.

I downloaded a copy of chinese win7 by mistake, installed win7, installed english language pack and currently using english as my default system language. :)
