The blades look almost like they are just colored black then have a red glow, unless it's suposed to be like that o.0, Still cool tho ^^

They are supposed to look like that, the black is the blade texture and the red is the glow, although they glow brighter in game

all of them have texture and effect edits except for garments, textures are kinda the item so yes

i downloaded the black GM garment. Isn't it suppose to replace the goodluck garment ? or am i wrong. Coz it doesn't work.

No it replaces the GM robe texture, however you can use it as a goodluck if you change the file name to the number for the goodluck garment
