It can spam without time limit, like was one spammer with 30 seconds delay...U can spam ppl private chat and then ask gold for peace :)

I don't see the point of this...do people try this in real life?

You're leaving a store, 50 people pop out and start shouting advertisements at you. Are you going to buy a single one of their products? I say no, and if a real life blocked worked I'd use it without even CONSIDERING buying what they're selling. Why should it be different ingame?

About 15 shouters in city offer SRo Gold... And ??? Players are buying it :D...
So, if u wount be obsessive player with spamming, other ppl'll buy ur stuff, mb not from ur stall but from Network Stall :]... if u need fast gold, then Spammers FTW...
