Mine is giving me a error:

Its probably because you didnt set your 'Sro Dir' correctly. :)
Make sure your Hackshield files are in your silkroad folder, and set your 'Sro Dir' to your Silkroad folder and it will automatically detect it.
For example: "C:\Program Files\Silkroad"
