Yea im also looking for Cya, the owner after him was a real shit, always scamming ppl on vip etc.

nah.that was bullshitting.
he put the sos-bow in the stall, switched the place of the sos bow with arrows for example, and then traded the real bow to the char that bought the arrows.
the buy char has 2 similar bows like that. but one of them are the arrows. after teleporting he would have arrows.
he just used it to brag. nothing else.
