Well I tried run two servers and had exactly same error.
What I was thinking, was that he was using the hamachi ip some other place and running something.

Are you sure its exactly the same error? I'm fairly certain you get an exception message stating that your unable to bind to a specified port if you attempt to run the same server configuration twice.

Yup, I get 0x80004005

Well in that case OP restart your computer.
