Value all depends on how important money is to you. Years ago I bought quite a few db's from tq. It wasn't because they were "worth it", it was because I had nothing better to spend the money on and I enjoyed the result.
I basically just look at the flip side... I intend to run a proper pserver still (using a vastly improved source). If I was selling it for say... 50 bux, that doesn't exactly work out well for me cause it essentially guarentees there will all of a sudden be a large number of current patch servers for me to then compete with. Obviously I could compete quite easily with most of them but it simply wouldn't make sense for me to do something like that.
Anyways, pointless offtopic post.
Back on topic, no one is going to release a monk source any time soon (or at least it's unlikely). There are quite a few current patch sources in the works but they are all intended to be public servers so they are being kept rather close to the creators.

hehe i wouldnt buy a source neither but pro if u think bout it if u sell it for like 50+ $ u well b makin money which most def better than nothin and ur months of work well b paid off coz now ud have many costumers
