well i searched a bit for such trinkets and found 1 it'scalled linken'sboomerang imma try find it and see if it works :DD

Nice that it works, i noticed that trinket changes after u do this no cooldown with cheat engine.

u can use ANY ITEM (equippeable) that deals damage to the opponent or heals yourself, no necessary that ligter or the lvl 70 talisman...

I think its fixed already... doesnt work anymore.
